West High School Presents ‘Little Shop of Horrors’

Thursday, Feb. 29 through Saturday, March 2 at 7:30 p.m.

The horror comedy rock musical follows a hapless florist shop worker, Seymour, who discovers a mysterious plant that looks like a large Venus flytrap. Craving fame and notoriety, Seymour is thrilled by his discovery…until he learns the plant eats not flies, but humans.

West’s theater department is excited to work on the production with Madison West alum Easton Michaels, who is returning as a guest director and choreographer following his career as a professional actor.

Note: As exciting renovations in the West  theater wrap up, performances will be held at Vel Phillips Memorial High School (201 S Gammon Road, Madison, WI)

La Follette Presents ‘Mean Girls: The Musical’

Friday, March 8 and Saturday, March 9 at 7 p.m.
Thursday, March 14 through Saturday, March 16 at 7 p.m.

Based on the 2004 movie, the musical follows new student Cady Heron as she navigates the high school social food chain. Soon, she’s welcomed into a group of popular girls called the Plastics, ruled by the conniving queen bee, Regina George. However, when Cady makes the major misstep of falling for Regina's ex-boyfriend, she soon finds herself caught in their crosshairs.
