Dual Language Immersion
Dual Language Immersion (DLI) brings English Language Learners and native English speakers together in a classroom where they learn side by side. Classes are taught in both Spanish and English. In a DLI classroom, students develops their first language while learning communication and literacy skills in a second language. The program improves academic achievement and graduation rates of English Language Learners and prepares them for success beyond the classroom. Students develop the ability to read, write and communicate in their first and second languages, as well as build multicultural awareness.

- Spanish Language Arts (9th Grade)
- Spanish Language and Literature II (10th Grade)
- AP Spanish Language (11th Grade)
- AP Spanish Literature (12th Grade)
How to get into the program at the high school level for students not currently in DLI
Students Not Currently in DLI:
Spanish Speaking English Language Learners who would like to join the DLI program at the high school level, please complete the DLI Interest Form here.
What happens after I submit the application?
Students NOT currently in DLI: A School representative will contact you to set up the necessary assessments.
