Transcripts

For education verification, proof of enrollment, and duplicate diploma requests, contact East Registrar, Lisi Daniels, at aadaniels@madison.k12.wi.us or 608-204-1629.

Transcripts may be ordered at Parchment.com by MMSD graduates, parents and guardians of students, and by current students (who are over the age of 18). This electronic service allows you to order transcripts online at any time and track the status of the transcripts that you have requested to be sent.

Parchment Instructions:

  1. Go to Parchment.com to set up your account

  2. Create your user name, password and answer security questions

  3. Obtain parent signature (only required if you are under 18 years old)

  4. Choose East High School

  5. Order Transcripts - Choose Academic Destinations or Common Application*

    • Example - Academic Destinations: UW-Madison, MATC

    • Example - Common Application: Yale, Northwestern (you will need your Common Application ID for Parchment.com)

  6. Payment - Pay $4.40 per transcript OR one fee for the Common Application

*If you are a current student who qualifies for a fee waiver, stop at #6 and contact your counselor. Your counselor can waive up to 4 transcript requests. (Counselors do not work over the summer).
