DIPLOMAS

Diplomas will be handed out as part of the End of Year Item Return process on Thursday, June 11th and Friday, June 12th.  Seniors MUST return their Chromebook (unless they are taking Summer School) and other materials to receive their diploma.

YEARBOOKS

Due to the pandemic (school closures, spring sports cancellations, etc.) delaying our ability to finish the book by the original April 24 deadline, and the overall shut down also impacting the yearbook publishing company, the Tower Tales yearbooks are arriving sometime after July 23. Yearbook adviser April van Buren is working with Principal Kearney on a distribution plan, and we'll be emailing everyone with an update when we have it finalized. We have a master list of everyone that has preordered a book, so if you have purchased one, you will definitely still get it. When and where? We're working on that part. Please stay tuned! An update will be shared on the school website and via SchoolMessenger emails.

Thank you for your patience! We are excited to showcase the work of the students on the East High yearbook staff, and have preserved many memories from this truly unprecedented school year.

SCHOOL EMAIL ACCOUNTS

Senior student email accounts and Google accounts will be deactivated after graduation. Seniors should make sure to move and save all information they want to keep. Read these Instructions to Save MMSD Google Items Upon Graduation for more information.  Seniors can also follow this Google Transfer for Schools google slide show.

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

All colleges and universities require a final transcript to be submitted after 2nd semester grades are submitted and finalized. Students are responsible for sending their final transcript to the college or university they will be attending through their established Parchment Account. Students should go to parchment.com to request a final transcript. This electronic service allows you to order transcripts online at any time and track the status of requested transcripts.

Here are the Steps for Sending Final Transcripts:

Students need to send final transcripts through Parchment.com

1) Log in to your Parchment.com Account (you can retrieve user name or password, if you have forgotten these)

2) Click on Order

3) Type in the name of the School you will be attending

4) Switch where it says "send now" to "Hold for Grades"

5) Click continue and submit payment.

     - Students who haven't used their 4 free transcripts will not be charged.

     - Students who have already used their waivers will be charged $3.95 (need a credit/debit card to pay)

Transcripts will then be released by our registrar once final transcripts have been updated which usually takes place around June 15.
