This process is NOT facilitated by East High School.  MMSD Technical Services is facilitating this process.

MMSD Device Pick-Up/Exchange Information

New students can pick up a device from a MMSD Device Hub (Lafollette High School and Memorial High School) on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, between 8am-3pm. Students and families will be supported at either location.

Students who do not have a working device can contact our East High School LMTS (Library Media Technology Specialist) Jen Milne-Carroll or call MMSD's tech helpline at 608-204-5678 and leave a detailed message that includes the student's name, student ID (if available), school, and the nature of the call.  Students who need to exchange a broken or malfunctioning device need to first contact Jen Milne-Carroll for a "Tech Ticket Number" before going to a Hub.
