Homecoming Spirit Days

  • Monday, September 14th: Zoom Call (nice top, PJ bottoms)

  • Tuesday, September 15th: Soccer vs. BBQ Parent

  • Wednesday, September 16th: On Wednesdays We Wear Pink

  • Thursday, September 17th: Party Day (Seniors - Pool Party, Juniors - Birthday Party, Sophomores - Slumber Party, 9th grade - Costume Party)

  • Friday, September 18th: Purgolder Spirit Day (Purple & Gold)

Homecoming Dance

Saturday, September 19th, 2026 from 8:00-10:30pm at East High School in the Spec Gym

  • Theme: Rio

  • No entry after 9:00pm.

  • No re-entry after leaving.

  • Students must present their school ID (or mobile IC profile) for entrance to the dance. 

  • This is a Madison Metropolitan School District sponsored event. All provisions of the MMSD Behavior Education Plan must be followed.

  • MMSD reserves the right, based on reasonable suspicion of drug or alcohol use at dance, to have students tested and be subject to appropriate school and/or legal consequences.

  • Tickets

    • Tickets will be sold for $10 Monday, September 14th - Friday, September 18th ONLINE ONLY via GoFan.

    • To purchase a ticket, students will be required to enter their MMSD school ID number.

    • Students who are suspended September 8th-18th can not purchase a ticket or attend the dance.

    • Students should contact Assistant Principal, A.J. Simonini, at ajsimonini@madison.k12.wi.us with ticket purchasing issues. 

    • There will be no guests allowed at the Homecoming dance, only East students can attend.
